Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Exchanges:

 

At Hunar, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. While most of our pieces are made-to-order, we understand that there may be rare occasions when an exchange or return is required. Please review our updated policy below.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges or returns in the following cases:

  • Size Mismatch – if the garment does not fit as expected

  • Incorrect Product – if the product received is different from what was ordered

  • Damaged Item – if the product arrives in a visibly damaged condition

 

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Custom-made and made-to-order garments

  • Sale or discounted items

  • International orders (outside India)

 

Timeframe to Initiate

  • Requests must be raised within 14 business days of receiving your order.

  • For quicker resolution, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at customerservice@hunar.shop or message us on WhatsApp within 2 business days of receiving your package.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions before shipping any item.

  3. Send the item to:

  4. Share your order number and tracking details via email. 

  5. Once we receive the item, please allow 24–48 business hours for a quality check. 


Exchange Process

  • Once approved, the exchanged product will be shipped within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.


Refund Policy

  • We primarily offer store credit (valid for 6 months) for eligible returns.

  • In exceptional cases, a refund may be granted. All refunds are:

    • Credited to the original payment method

    • Processed within 7–10 business days of return approval

    • Reflected in your account within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your bank/payment provider

 

Cancellations

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled unless there’s a stock or production issue from our end.

  • If Hunar cancels an order, you will be notified and offered a full refund based on your preference.


International Orders

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments.
