Hunar Design Studio's Return and Exchange Policy

At Hunar, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and service to our customers. We understand that sometimes, what you receive might not be what you expected, and we're here to make things right. Below is our return and exchange policy, designed to ensure your utmost satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Exchanges:

We offer returns and exchanges in the following instances:

  • Size Mismatch: If the garment doesn't fit you as expected.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged.

Please Note:

  • Only the above reasons will be considered for returns and exchanges.
  • You must initiate the return or exchange within 14 business days of receiving your order.
  • Custom-made and made-to-order items are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are also not eligible for return or exchange.


To begin the return or exchange process, contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your package. If we are not notified within this timeframe, the transaction will be considered final.

Approved returns and exchanges will be processed as store credit, issued in the form of a voucher code valid for 6 months.

For International Orders:

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside India.

Steps for Returning or Exchanging Your Item:

Step 1: Notify us by email at or via WhatsApp here within 2 business days of receipt.

Step 2: Wait for our email confirmation before sending any item back.

Step 3: Ship the item securely packaged to:

Step 4: Inform us via email that you have sent the package, including your order number in the subject line and tracking details in the email body.

Step 5: Allow us 24-48 working hours to perform a quality check upon receiving your return. We will then reach out to you to complete the exchange process.

Cancellations and Refunds


If for any reason we need to cancel an order, be it due to unavailability of stock or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, we offer the choice of store credit or a full refund. This decision is made on a case-by-case basis and communicated directly to the customer.


Refunds are processed in the same manner as payment was made, except in situations where store credit is provided. When a refund is granted, it will be processed within a certain number of business days after the approval of the return. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
